Licence

Version 1. Accepted in the app before first use.

1. Branch HQ is licensed to you, not sold. You may use it to evaluate it and to build software for yourself or for your clients.
2. What you build with Branch HQ is yours. The code, documents and projects it produces for you belong to you or your client, not to Branch HQ.
3. You may not copy, redistribute, resell or sublicense Branch HQ itself, and you may not decompile, reverse-engineer or extract its code, instructions or checks, except where the law does not allow this restriction.
4. Branch HQ is provided as is, without warranty. It checks what it builds, but you remain responsible for reviewing and testing anything it produces before relying on it. To the extent the law allows, Branch HQ is not liable for losses arising from its use.
5. Your projects, chats and keys stay on your computer. Your requests are sent to the AI provider you choose, and that provider's own terms apply to what you send them.
6. This licence may change. A new version is shown to you, and must be accepted, before it applies.
